Twenty years of wood, one hard season, a fresh start
This land in the Flathead Valley started out as a dairy farm. It was later converted into Montana Timberline Firewood, a wood processing and bundling plant that supplied pallets of firewood to homes across the Pacific Northwest for close to twenty years — heat for the winter, wood for the weekend bonfire, and everything in between.
In December 2025, a fire moved through our warehouse. Over three days, the building and everything in it were lost. It was a hard season for our crew and for the community we'd built alongside.
What came out of it is a simpler, more direct way of doing business. Instead of pre-bundled pallets, we now sell loose cordwood and sawdust straight off the lot — local, good-quality wood, weighed fair and sold honest, one trailer at a time.
